WHAT MAKES 3TCAAMP RELEVANT?

3T Coaching, Advising and Mentoring Program is focused on the MIND and this speaks to the fact that our goal is to work on Moulding Individual Needs for Development among the youth of Barbados.

​

We believe that this is of extreme importance, as we acknowledge that each person is different, and this individuality is the foundation of a person's needs as is related to their personal and professional development.

​

The success of our society depends on the success of our youth, so it is in everyone's best interest if we make the special effort and push for the success of each and every one of our young people. They are our future professionals and they must be groomed to take our country to the next level, and that is what 3TCAAMP is doing every single day.

What services do we offer?

​

Educational Talks (Students) - Group                   

 

During these talks we speak to year levels or specific student groups about different areas that may be relevant at a particular moment of their student journey.                                                                                              

These topics include but are not limited to:           

- Rights and Responsibilities of being a student.   

- Anger and stress Management                            

- Building better relationships                               

- Reaching your full potential                               

- A guide to selecting subjects for CXCs       

         

Educational Talks (Teachers / Parents) - Group   

 

During these talks we speak to parents and / or teachers about the need to have healthy collaboration between these two groups, to ensure a much-needed alliance that is required for the success of our students.

                               

Motivational Talks - Group Sessions

​

We speak to groups with the objective of showing people that they are capable of accomplishing whatever they put their minds to. This is achieved by giving advise on how to accomplish these goals and arming them with some of the soft skills required to do so successfully.

 

Coaching and Advising Sessions - Individual

 

During these sessions we can go into detail on goals and aspirations of the individual seeking assistance. This information is acquired through:

​

    - one on one interviews and discussions

    - surveys and questionnaires

    - use of other relevant tools.

​

Based on what is required a specialized plan is put in place to build on strengths and work on any opportunities for development that may be hindering the growth necessary to accomplish these goals.

 Counseling and Self betterment - Individual

 

 As we are aware that some persons may be struggling with very difficult challenges which may be affecting their personal and professional lives to varying degrees, we wanted to incorporate an area where they can feel free to discuss these challenges through a counselling session and work on getting the help that they need to overcome them.

​

In many instances individuals just need to opportunity to speak without judgement, as this can potentially provide the clarity needed to get to the bottom of issues, allowing for true growth and development to occur.

 

​Preparation for the world of work

​

We here at 3TCAAMP also see that students straight out of school are unable to prepare an honest, yet attractive job letter or put together an effective CV. For this reason, we also provide guidance in this area along with helping prepare for job interviews to ensure that they can perform at a higher level on these very important occasions.

​

Staying focused and motivated in the world of work

​

Within our jobs it is easy to become caught up in all the challenges, demands and deadlines. It is important that we, independent of the existing profession culture in which we find ourselves, are always able to use the necessary technique to ensure that these situations are not the source of consistent stress and anguish. 3TCAAMP breaks down feasible and relatable ways that you can focus on your daily mental health status and making sure that the necessary step are taken to achieve and maintain your mental wellness.
